The GMC Hospital Ajman, the 1st JCI Accredited Hospital in Ajman has expanded its facilities in Radiology Department to offer more specialized services to its patients.
His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality visited the hospital to oversee the new facilities. He congratulated the management on rendering excellent services to the people. We are happy to have such an advanced facility in Ajman, he said. His Highness also honored doctors and administrative staff on the occasion, who rendered significant contributions and played an important role in getting JCI Accreditation recently.

Fujifilm’s 3D Mammography creates 3D images by using two high resolution images taken from different angles. One of these images is a conventional 2D image. The images are presented on a special viewer. 3D images enable the internal anatomical breast structures to be identified more clear than in a 2D image sue to tissue separation and micro calcifications stratification with this system, it is expected that image interpretations is as quick or even quicker than 2D mammography and false positives are reduced.
